Selah Police Department Officer Eric Steen crys out as he's shot with a Taser fired by fellow officer Mark Negrete, rear. SPD officers Dan Farrell, left, and Richard Hayes, right, held Steen to keep him from collapsing on the floor. The Selah Police Department had just obtained the Tasers and police officers were shot with the stun guns at a training session to give them a sense of what it's like to shot with a Taser.
