Levi Haywood labors by the light of his truck headlights as he works into the night to finish a concrete sidewalk in front of a new house on Woodwinds Way in West Valley. It's not unusual to work late into the evening says Haywood. "It's the name of the game. We're under pressure to get a lot of work done." Haywood, 23, just started his own company and this is his first job working as Haywood Concrete Construction.
