After some chilly time spent waiting outside the tent for the presentation of the colors to begin, Boy Scouts, from left, Rhys Chapman, Devin Bowcutt, Nathan Powers, and Clint Strader revel in the warmth of a glimpse of sun at the dedication of the Big Horn Wind Power Project in Bickleton on Monday, May 21, 2007. The troop, Bickleton troop 605, presented the flag and said the pledge of allegiance, kicking off the celebration.
