I’m a realist. I know that someday the printed newspaper will not exist. But when the printed paper ceases to exist, replaced by a digital version, how will you do this?
Jimmy Carter was campaigning for his first term as president when I started in newspapers and after all these years I still get a kick out of seeing how much readers value the printed paper by posting clippings and photos on refrigerators, walls and yes, kiosks in high school libraries. To me it means printed papers still have value, that readers appreciate the product enough to save and post portions of the paper.
Try that with a computer.
