I couldn’t determine from the article if they are talking about a permanent or temporary closure of 4th street. Are they talking about a permanent closing of 4th Street? Or just for special events? Please, NO, to a permanent closure. So many parking spaces would be lost. Also, I think there is more traffic on 4th Street than people realize. A temporary closure for special events would not be much different than when they close 3rd Street. Are there enough “special events” to warrant closing this street permanently?
