There’s something about fall that makes the whole world a little more vibrant. I find myself admiring the colors around me as I drive around town, soaking up the season’s golden light, knowing that the chill gray of winter is just around the corner. Here’s a little project I gave myself this week, noticing color around town.

red: wall of shoe store on N. 1st St.

orange: my outdoor kitty, Russo, working on his winter fur

yellow: ginko leaves

green: evergreen needles

blue: bright blue sky

purple: Church of the Nazarene in Selah
