Daylight football

The Earl Barden All-Star football game can be a challenge to cover sometimes since different players will often wear the same numbers, which makes identification tricky. But one challenge you don’t have is poor lighting conditions, like you get at most stadiums around the valley. I usually get a photo like this from the all-star game and I chalk it up to good light. In low light, the autofocus doesn’t track and hold as well, shadows block up and get grainy. Oh, if only they played regular season high school football during the day.
